Raspberry Leaf Tea


    • 1 ounce raspberry leaf
    • 1/2 ounce nettle leaf
    • 1/2 ounce marshmallow root
    • 1/2 ounce linden leaf
    • 1/4 ounce ginger root
    • 1/4 ounce rose hips
    • boiling water

    Steep 1 teaspoon of blend per cup of water, or 1 ounce per pint, for 5 to 15 minutes.
