Red Clover Tea


    • 1/4 ounce red clover flowers
    • 1/4 ounce linden blossoms
    • 1/4 ounce rose hips
    • 1/4 ounce jasmine flowers
    • boiling water

    Combine dry ingredients with boiling water. Drink 1 cup daily, 5 days a week, for 3 months or longer.
