- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 2-3 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 1 head of broccoli, stems and florets
- 1/3 cup water
- Sea salt, to taste
- Heat oil on medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté one minute.
- Add carrots and sauté 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli and water and continue cooking until broccoli turns bright green.
- Season with sea salt. Transfer to a serving dish.
