Simple Sautéed Vegetables

    Ingredients

    • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
    • 2-3 carrots, cut into matchsticks
    • 1 head of broccoli, stems and florets
    • 1/3 cup water
    • Sea salt, to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat oil on medium-high heat.
    2. Add garlic and sauté one minute.
    3. Add carrots and sauté 2 minutes.
    4. Add broccoli and water and continue cooking until broccoli turns bright green.
    5. Season with sea salt. Transfer to a serving dish.
