Spread pita with roasted garlic cloves and hummus. Top with remaining ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
Cook stove top or oven method.
Stove Top Method:
On medium heat, toast bottom of pita crust in medium pan. Once toasted, flip to toast the other side while adding topping. Once toppings are added, cover pan with lid for 2 to 3 minutes while toppings cook and cheese melts.
Preheat over to 400°F. Add pizza and cook for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
