Ingredients:
- 1 whole grain pita (9 inches in diameter)
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 ounce feta, crumbled (about 1/4 cup)
- 3/4 cup baby spinach
- 6 black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Spread pita with roasted garlic cloves and hummus. Top with remaining ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook stove top or oven method.
- Stove Top Method:
On medium heat, toast bottom of pita crust in medium pan. Once toasted, flip to toast the other side while adding topping. Once toppings are added, cover pan with lid for 2 to 3 minutes while toppings cook and cheese melts. - Oven Method:
Preheat over to 400°F. Add pizza and cook for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
