In The Teapot: Peppermint, Fennel, And Lemon Balm Tea

    Ingredients:

    • 8 ounces dried peppermint leaves
    • 8 ounces dried lemon balm leaves
    • 8 ounces fennel seeds
    • Honey to taste

    Preparation:
    Mix the herbs and store them in an air tight container. Add 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep the tea for 10 minutes. Strain immediately after removing from heat and serve hot. Add honey to taste.
