Three-Berry Kanten With Fresh Mint



    • 1/2 cup blueberries
    • 1/2 cup blackberries
    • 1/2 cup raspberries
    • 3 cups apple juice or other juice
    • 3 tablespoons agar flakes
    • Fresh mint


    1. Soak agar flakes in juice for 10-12 minutes. Bring mix to a boil in a saucepan, then reduce to medium-low heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
    2. Place berries in a bowl or casserole dish and pour hot liquid on top.
    3. Let set in the refrigerator for an hour or more. Once gelled, cut into squares. Serve garnished with fresh mint.
