Yogic Diet: Sugar-Free Date & Peanut Ladoo

    Ingredients:

    Preparation:

    1. De-seed and clean the dates.
    2. Roast the peanuts and crush them.
    3. Heat ghee in a pan.
    4. Add dates and cook till they become soft.
    5. Add crushed peanuts.
    6. Cook for 5 minutes.
    7. Remove from flame and make small balls. Serve.
