Healthy Pumpkin Dip Recipe (Paleo-Friendly)

Pumpkin Dip with apple slices and cookies

This healthy pumpkin dip recipe is a delicious item to add to your next holiday dinner or spread of game day eats this fall season. Packed with plenty of pumpkin flavor and made with paleo-friendly (and vegan) ingredients, this pumpkin dip is a tasty treat you can indulge in without ruining your diet.

You only need four ingredients to make this scrumptious pumpkin dip. Ground cinnamon, pumpkin purée, coconut cream, and maple syrup are whisked together to create this creamy, irresistible dip for fruits and crackers.

The coconut cream makes up the body of this dip while the pumpkin adds flavor and the syrup sweetens the dip. You only need a couple of teaspoons of maple syrup for this recipe, but if you’re looking for a sugar-free option, you can use a little bit of erythritol powder instead.

Some of our favorite items to serve alongside this seasonal pumpkin dip recipe are granny smith apples, which have a tart flavor that pairs really nicely with this sweet dip. If you’re not following the paleo diet or just want to have non-paleo options next to the dip as well, then teddy graham crackers and plain butter biscuits are also yummy options to serve next to this pumpkin dip.
