Meet The Hosts

Kate Potter has passionately devoted herself to yoga as a full time yoga instructor for the past 18 years. Her unique and intuitive style of Hatha yoga practice is greatly informed by her study of Buddhism.

Erica Blitz has been studying and practicing yoga since 1996. A self-described "international adventureress and relentless architect of possibility," she also works as a yoga life coach.
