Ingredients:
- 1 sliced orange (with the rinds)
- 3 cinnamon sticks (broken in half)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1-2 tsp cloves
- 1-2 tsp nutmeg
- Water, as required
Preparation:
- Fill a saucepan with water to about one inch below the rim.
- Place all the ingredients in the water and bring it to a boil.
- After a few minutes, turn the heat down and leave it to simmer all day.
- Stir occasionally, and top up the water every 30 to 40 minutes.
