Lemon-Juice
Lemon Water: One lime in 6oz of warm water is the perfect morning elixir. It reduces food cravings, increases body heat, breaks fat down, and helps the digestion and detoxification processes in our system.

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 lemon, in slices and juice of it

Directions

  1. Mix the vinegar and baking soda with 1/2 gallon of water in a large spray bottle. Use for removal of water deposit stains on shower stall panels, bathroom chrome fixtures, windows, bathroom mirrors, and anything else you can think of.
  2. Use the lemon to disinfect the surface of chopping blocks (simply rub a slice of lemon over the surface) and for tougher stains squeeze some of the lemon juice onto the spot and let sit for 10 minutes then wipe away.
