DIY Spa: Warm Eucalyptus Bath

Turn your bath into a spa-style steam treatment to relieve the aches and pains associated with cold and flu. While there are many wonderful essential oils to try this season, the specific qualities of eucalyptus oil are associated with pain relief.
Eucalyptus oil has a strong, distinct aroma. In fact, it is one of the strongest essential oils and should never be orally consumed or applied to the skin directly. However, when diluted with a carrier oil or water, it can prove to be very beneficial. It is also used in vaporizer liquids to ease a stuffy nose and mild fever. - 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
- A warm bath
- Add 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to a warm bath (102°F to 104°F).
- Soak for around 15-20 minutes.
- Take this bath before bed for deep, relaxing sleep.
