Ginger-mustard-bath

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dead Sea salt (available in specialty shops and online)
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered mustard seed
  • 1/4 cup and two tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
  • 4 drops of essential oils (whichever ones you prefer)

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Puree 1/4 cup ginger. Add the essential oils to the ginger.
  3. Combine the ginger and dry ingredients and stir well.
  4. Add the bath soak to a tub full of warm water, relax, and enjoy!
