holistic healing with himalayan bath salts
Himalayan Pink Salt: These salmon-colored crystals mined from the Himalayan mountain range are said to be the purest and most mineral-dense form of salt. Many chefs have begun using this variety in their menus. It is also a spa staple, especially popular as an ingredient in the brine bath therapy.

  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 10 drops palmarosa essential oil
  • 20 drops rose essential oil
  • 10 drops myrhh essential oil
  • 1 teaspoon fractionated coconut oil
