  • 5 drops sandalwood essential oil
  • 5 drops myrrh essential oil
  • 4 drops lavender essential oil
  • 10ml apricot kernel oil

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into glass dropper top bottle. Gently roll or agitate.
  2. Put a couple of drops on hands, rub together and inhale.
