• 1/2 ounce arnica oil
  • 1/2 ounce vitamin E oil
  • 20 drops helichrysm/everlasting essential oil (same oil different names)
  • 20 drops eucalyptus citriodora essential oil
  • 15 drops juniper oil
  • 15 drops rosemary
  • 5 ounces avocado oil


  1. Roll to mix ingredients, don’t shake.
  2. Rub on any sore muscles as needed.
