    The usage of props in your yoga practice can make the impossible seem possible, even if you find yourself challenged by injuries or have physical limitations.

    They train and prepare your body for advanced postures and asanas, but first you need to understand their purpose, and how to use and incorporate them correctly into your yoga practice.

    While we introduce you to the most basic ones, make sure to consult a trainer for practical use.
