Morning Detox Drink


    • 2 cups water
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
    • 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • Honey to taste


    1. Bring water to a boil.
    2. While the water boils, grate the ginger and juice the lemon.
    3. When the water has boiled, pour it into a mug.
    4. Place turmeric and grated ginger in a tea strainer, then add the mixture to the water.
    5. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add lemon and honey, and drink warm.
