A recipe to fulfil your vegan, vegetarian and/or low-fat diet, this simple bean sprout salad is naturally crunchy and delicious.
- 1 cup grated tofu
- ½ cup bean sprouts
- ¼ cup carrots, grated
- 1tsp lime juice
- 2tsp roasted peanuts or sesame seeds
- 2tsp honey
- Salt to taste
- Toss all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
- Add crisp sesame seeds or coarsely ground roasted peanuts right before serving.
