Loaded with 12 vitamins and 20 minerals, aloe vera has healing properties that work inside out, to give you unprecedented health and beauty benefits. The extract can treat inflammation, prevent acne outbreaks, repair and restore damaged hair follicles, and also eliminate dandruff.

Known as ‘the plant of immortality’ for all the right reasons, we teach you how to include aloe vera in your everyday skin and hair care regimen:

1Aloe Vera For Acne

Take one large aloe vera leaf and boil it in water. Blend to make a paste, and then add a few drops of honey. Apply for 15 minutes before you rinse it off with water.

2Aloe Vera For Damaged Hair

Massage the scalp with generous amounts of aloe vera gel, running your fingertips in a circular motion. Leave it in for 10-15 minutes. Rinse, and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

3Aloe Vera For Dry Skin

To every tablespoon of Aloe vera, add one drop of Brahmi oil and one drop of sandalwood oil. Mix well and apply directly on the skin. Wash with water after 45 minutes.

4Aloe Vera For Hydration

Slice the leaf in half, separating the front from the back. Scoop out four tablespoons of pure aloe gel and apply it to your face and neck. Rinse it off with lukewarm water after 20 minutes, and then splash some cold water to tighten pores.

5Aloe Vera For Oily Hair

Add two parts of lemon juice to one part of aloe vera juice, and mix well. Apply the solution to the shaft of the hair and leave it in for 10 minutes. Use a mild shampoo to wash it off.
