Almond milk is is packed with vitamin E (you can use whole milk as well) to soften the skin. Honey helps moisturize and exfoliate the skin. Mineral water contains high quantities of silica, which can strengthen the spongy cells that are found between elastin and collagen fibers as well as slow down wrinkle formation.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons almond milk (regular whole milk can be substituted if almond milk is unavailable)
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup mineral water
Directions:
1. Mix together the almond milk and honey. If you have some difficulty with this, you can try popping it in the microwave for a few seconds and then stirring some more.
2. Add the mineral water to the mixture and mix well.
3. Massage this into your face in small circular motions.
4. Rinse your face well with warm water.
