This all-natural foot soak is utterly relaxing after a long day at work. Soak your feet at least once a week for hygiene, health and the sheer joy of it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Add your lemon juice, cinnamon powder, olive oil and milk to a tub of warm water, and mix well. Soak those tired feet in the water for 10-15 minutes. Relax, listen to music, close your eyes, pretend you’re on an island in the Caribbean.  When you’re through, be sure to rinse off well and moisturize!
