The Complexion Concoction

Juice Fix: Luckily, some of your everyday foods blended together are enough to give you even-toned skin. While eating them on a daily basis is a tad unrealistic, throwing them in the mixer is easy-peasy.
Make It Your Own: Take 1/2 cup fresh coconut water, 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup fresh pineapple, 1 cup fresh mango, 2 cups spinach or kale, and 1/2 an avocado. You have the option of adding 1tbsp ground flaxseeds or flaxseed oil if you like. Just give it a whiz and you’re sorted for the day.
