DIY Psoriasis Facial Mask

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Manuka honey
- Mix ground oats, turmeric, honey, ACV and yogurt together
- Apply a thin layer on your face and let it dry for about 20 to 30 minutes
- Rinse off with lukewarm water
