And now, it’s official. PCDFit, also known as the Pussycat Dolls workout, has taken over America with Robin Antin at the helm.
She is the very choreographer, dancer, entrepreneur and actress, who bought the Dolls together and gave us the very sexy Nicole Scherzinger. Now part of the PCDFit A-list portfolio are the likes of Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Charlize Theron, Scarlett Johannson, and Eva Longoria, too, who was recently spotted posting an Instagram picture of herself at the PCDFit Dance Fitness Retreat.
What Is PCDFit?
Best described as a sexy, hip-hop aerobics routine, the dance workout has you executing calorie-torching moves which tone the muscles and engage your whole body.
You don’t have to be an ace dancer. You however, do have to be open to the idea of some very risqué moves and the use of props that will give you body confidence. Picture yourself following the Dolls in the Buttons music video, step for step. It’s not going to be easy, but it’s going to be sexy as hell and will give you the enviable body tone that the Pussycat Dolls are known for.
The workout revs up your heart rate and you are encouraged to wear weighted gloves at all times to engage those arms. It’s not uncommon to not be able to stay on point with the instructor in the first few classes but, everyone catches on soon enough.
The best part is that once you can get your PCD groove on, you can move the action into the bedroom. Keep a chair, a whip and a lacy delicate handy.
