- Sit up straight in a chair. Hold the strap out and straighten your arms forward.
- Inhale, moving your arms up until they’re overhead. Exhale as you bring them down behind you. Make sure the strap is long enough to keep your hands far apart so that you can hold your arms straight.
- Hold your arms stretched behind your for 1 minute.
- Bring your arms back overhead, then straight out in front, then finally down to rest.
- Repeat 4-5 times.
