After making his mark in the Furious 7, the Rock is set to hit the big screen again with the earth-shattering movie, San Andreas. The flick is fueled with pure adrenaline that’s riding over a 9.6 magnitude earthquake and tsunami, which shows Dwayne in the pursuit to save his daughter. Given that the movie hits theaters on 29th May, 2015, Johnson’s been a little anxious and unsurprisingly has decided to calm his nerves by pumping some iron.

The Rock’s recent Insta post is far from the frou-frou celebrity uploads you’ve been lambasted with from Cannes. Johnson is at the gym, ripping it up with some upper body workouts using resistance bands to shoot up those biceps and triceps. Working with resistance bands has multiple advantages.
