The health benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) are many, which is probably why more and more health professionals are recommending it to patients suffering from various conditions, ranging from acid reflux to insulin sensitivity. The problem is that drinking ACV straight from the bottle can be unpleasant, so patients typically avoid this natural remedy. This apple cider vinegar drink is a simple recipe you can use to make ACV a routine part of your day without it feeling torturous.
Not only does this recipe contain the necessary apple cider vinegar ingredient, it also utilizes mixed berries, which pack a flavorful punch that’s full of antioxidants. The berries are mashed, then mixed in with the apple cider vinegar.
Stevia is also added for a sweet touch to make the drink enjoyable, but still healthy. This can be especially nice if your berries aren’t very sweet. The stevia also helps balance out the bitterness of the apple cider vinegar.
Making this apple cider vinegar drink is really easy to do. You simply mix the recipe ingredients into a tall glass of water and drink it 1 to 3 times a day, depending on what your needs are or what your doctor recommends. Regardless of how often you drink this recipe, it’s typically recommended that you prepare and consume this apple cider vinegar drink first thing in the morning, about 20 minutes before you eat breakfast.
