King Bio, an FDA-registered pharmaceutical company responsible for making and selling water-based natural homeopathic medicine, is now issuing a voluntary recall of 32 children’s medications after a possible microbial contamination.

The contaminated products were produced between August 2017 and April 2018. The company stated that a “small percentage” of the items tested positive for microbial contamination and King Bio stated that it is recalling these products “out of the abundance of caution.”

According to the FDA, “Administration or use of drugs products with microbial contamination, could potentially result in increased infections that might require medical intervention, and could result in infections that could be life-threatening to certain individuals.”
