Hand tremors, also known as trembling hands, are a common symptom triggered by a nervous disorder. From eating and holding a cup to writing and shaving, everything becomes tough for a person who experiences these tremors.
Some studies suggest that eight out of 10 individuals living a normal life could suffer from hand tremors. While tremors can occur at any age, they are commonly observed in individuals over 40 years old.
While hand tremors are usually triggered by an emotional imbalance, stress, exhaustion, caffeine overdose or a dramatic change in temperatures, one should never neglect this phenomenon as it could be an initial sign of Parkinson’s disease.
It can be very frustrating to suffer from hand tremors. Fortunately, there are some effective herbal remedies that can help you lower the intensity of the tremors and keep them at bay.
