• 3 capsules vitamin E
  • 10 drops rosemary oil
  • 10 drops rosehip seed oil
  • 1 1/2 cups balm base


  1. Prick the vitamin E capsules and add them into the mixture. Squeeze the top and work your way down, like a toothpaste tube, to make sure you get the oil in the balm instead of all over your hands.
  2. Add the rosemary oil and the rosehip oil.
  3. Stir until the ingredients are incorporated into the balm.
  4. Store in a sealable container and use as often as desired.
