Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce elder flowers
  • 3/4 ounce elderberries
  • 1/4 ounce angelica root
  • 4 cups boiling water

Directions

Combine herbs. Add boiling water. Steep, covered for about 20 minutes.

Dosage: For adults, 1 cup every 1 to 2 hours. For infants 6 to 12 months, 1 to 2 droppers (up to 1 ounce) diluted in 2 ounces of water.
