- Ginger powder
- Camphor Oil
- Mix ginger powder, water and a few drops of camphor oil (good for the nerves.) Stir until consistency of paste.
- The more moist the paste, the longer it will last before drying on the body. (5-10 minutes.) Leave on until it starts to dry and then wipe off with a damp towel.
