• 1 ounce zizyphus seed
  • 1 ounce lemon balm
  • 1 ounce wood betony
  • 4 ounces longan berries
  • 1 ounce skullcap
  • 1 ounce nepeta
  • 36 ounces vegetable glycerin


  1. Combine ingredients in a large jar. Shake.
  2. Let steep for 2 weeks. Strain.

Dosage: 2 teaspoons in 4 ounces water, up to 6 times a day.
