Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bloodroot powder
  • 1 to 2 ounces comfrey leaf powder
  • 4 ounces almond oil
  • 4 ounces jojoba oil
  • 1/3 ounce dried calendula
  • 1 ounce beeswax
  • 2 teaspoons licorice tincture
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon bergamot & geranium essential oil

Directions

  1. Stir first 4 ingredients into a pot, simmer on low heat. Add calendula and beeswax. Let simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Strain and squeeze through cheesecloth.
  2. Add licorice tincture and bergamot & geranium oil.
  3. Store in dark-glass jar
  4. Apply directly to pained area.
