Ingredients

  • 1 ounce echinacea essential oil
  • 3 ounces Oregon grape root essential oil
  • 3 ounces skullcap essential oil
  • 3 ounces sarsaparilla essential oil
  • 2 ounces Cleavers essential oil
  • 1 ounce licorice 1:1 tincture

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large dark-glass bottle or jar. Shake thoroughly.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon diluted in 10 ounces of water, twice daily.
