How To Take It
Garlic is best eaten raw to utilize its antibacterial properties to the fullest. The allicin in it is inactive and to convert it into an active form, you must crush the cloves. Here’s how you can use it.

  • Crush two cloves and add eight ounces of hot water to make a cup of garlic tea. Steep the tea for 10 minutes. Drink it three times a day to obtain relief from UTI.
  • You can also add two to three finely chopped raw garlic cloves to salad dressings, soups and other foods.
