For some fitspiration, if you’ve ever wondered what good going to the gym and watching your diet diligently will do, just take a look at Khloé Kardashian’s latest photoshoot. With a series of pictures featured in Complex magazine—each one more stunning than the other—the sexy lady’s weight loss efforts and workouts have definitely paid off, and the proof is in the pictures.
What was even more amazing was this move: “This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts! The image on the left is an untouched photo from the actual camera on the day of the shoot. The image on the right is the retouched photo. Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image.”
Well Khloé, a heartfelt slow clap is in order, for sure!
Also striking a pose in all her natural glory was Miley Cyrus, who cheekily took to Instagram to do a backward bend, or perhaps the bridge pose if some Aum-spiration was where she was coming from. Kinda reminds you of when Jessica Michibata struck the same pose during her honeymoon in Maui (although hers had more aesthetic appeal).
And while next in line was Miley’s sheet mask shot…
…the celebrity favorite also found its way on to Lady Gaga’s Instapost as the ladies sported the hydrating masks that are currently all the rage.
Reminiscent of spa steam facials, everyone from Cristiano Ronaldo and Chris Pratt, to Heidi Klum, Lindsay Lohan and Rita Ora swears by the sheet mask. Care to try it?
