Only very recently the American singer was stocked for her many homemade beauty DIYs, and it seems sheet masks and avocado facials are her top favorites. Miley took to Instagram yet again, to post snapshots of her lapping up on the fruit, as a healthy morning snack, and a beauty fix during her all-girls slumber party.
Cyrus posts: “Avocado obseshhhhh is mad real!”
The vitamin E-rich fruit is a great ingredient to include in your DIYs for its anti-aging properties, thanks to the natural oils and fatty acids in avocados. Also, vitamins B, C, E and K, and the minerals and antioxidants do a great job of treating sun damage and scars, while preventing inflammations and breakouts.
Celebs Love Avocados
Not just Miley, Jennifer Aniston too, relies on a face pack whipped up using avocados and eggs for some skin rejuvenation; supermodel Cindy Crawford credits them for her youthful skin; Keira Knightley attributes her gorgeous complexion to the Juara Avocado Banana Moisture Mask.
On the weight loss front, Sam Smith, Gwyneth Paltrow, Miranda Kerr, Zac Efron and Ryan Reynolds make it a point to include this vitamin-rich fruit in their diet. The high fiber content in avocado is what mainly contributes to weight loss, and helps control blood sugar levels. It also regulates the digestive system by improving your body’s ability to flush out waste.
Note to self: Add avocados to the grocery list.
