The A-list women of Los Angeles are ruling the fitness scene this week, what with their calorie-torching workouts that serve as inspiration and will give you some serious body envy, in a good way. These hot mamas are all about putting in the hard work—no shortcuts in the fast-lane.

First up, there’s of course Khloé Kardashian flaunting her waist trainer and detox drink, as she gives you some serious #fitnessgoals given her remarkable transformation. In the midst of her very blonde locks now sits a slender and leaner frame that complements her tall stature. It seems Khloe’s arrived a little late to the party. Celebs like Ashley Benson, Bella Thorne, Keegan Allen, Sarah Hyland, and even her own sister Kylie Jenner, have been sipping on it by the cups. This ‘magic’ potion is said to work miracles by promoting fat burn, boosting the immune system, aiding and soothing digestion, and facilitating weight loss. Next up is the gorgeous new mama, Blake Lively. Having lost all of her pregnancy weight, she credits trainer Don Saladino for whipping her back into shape. “This fit dude, @donsaladino NOSE how to kick my butt #WhyIsCelluliteIsSoMuchCuterOnBabies You’ll die over his training on Broadway. Officially a maniac. Which is of course why we get along” Well, we needn’t tell you how important having the right trainer is. And then there was Shay Mitchell. The Pretty Little Liars‘ star was hanging mid-air, to take a break from her strenuous rock climbing workout. Make note that climbing engages the muscles in your back and legs as you make your way up, but it’s your forearms that will do most of the work to pull you closer towards the finish line. It’s a great body conditioning and strengthening workout that does more than just help you lose weight.

We come to a close with Snooki and her little baby. Much like other celebrity moms, she too, demonstrates how you shouldn’t be afraid to make your kid a part of your workout. Her little one, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, is seen doing a handstand right alongside mommy, who amps up the intensity as she balances her entire body weight on a medicine ball. Phew. Don’t try this at home, unless you’ve done it before!
