Social media is probably the perfect place to catch celebrities at their best (or worst, if that’s what you’re looking for). For the most part, their posts are rather inspiring and provide sufficient fodder for the likes of us (read: fitness enthusiasts).
It’s fun to know what your favorite stars are up to, how they workout, where they workout, what they wear, what they eat—it’s enough to make us drone on. Fortunately for us, the ones we do feature set realistic trends—you know, unlike the Kardashian variety, what with their KylieJennerPout, #ThighBrows, and what not.
Today we’re looking at LeBron James, for instance. He took to Instagram and posted a snapshot, mid-session, of his resistance training workout. “@kingjames I refuse to accept anything less than not working! It will never be because I didn’t put in the work. #StriveForGreatness #258.”
And then there was the stunning supermodel Adriana Lima. A selfie that shows her working out on the seated stationary bike is one we’re very familiar with when it comes to celebrities. It seems spinning classes are one of the most popular fitness programs of 2015. “Mission Accomplished,” exclaims Lima.
We end with LeAnn Rimes, for the singer’s toned body gives us serious fitness goals. Snapped in a crop top and gray track pants, she’s trying to make “#TightTushTuesdays” a thing and we’re happy to play along because damn, that girl’s got a fine booty!
