Cramp-Control Black Haw Tea


    • 1 teaspoon dried black haw (available in natural products stores and online)

    Simmer 1 teaspoon of black haw per cup of water for 15 minutes. For a larger amount, use 1 ounce of black haw per pint of water, simmering for 15 minutes.
