Edible Flower Summer Salad: Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • Spinach
    • Violet flowers
    • Nasturtium flowers
    • Cucumber tossed with dill weed
    • Tofu tossed with sesame seed and sea salt (optional)
    • Avocados
    • Borage flowers
    • Cilantro
    • Lavatera flowers
    • Garlic flowers
    • Sliced carrots
    • Omega-3 flax seed oil
    • Sage-scented balsamic vinegar

    Directions:

    1. Toss dry ingredients in large salad bowl.
    2. Mix oil and vinegar, pour over salad and toss.
