    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces licorice root
    • 1 gallon water
    • Sugar cane juice or sugar to taste

    Directions:

    1. Boil licorice in water for 5 minutes.
    2. For stronger flavor, soak root in water overnight and bring to boil.
    3. Sweeten licorice drink with sugar cane juice. Drink warm.
