Fat-Free Sweet Corn & Red Pepper Sauté



    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 ears fresh corn kernels
    • 1/2 red pepper, seeded and diced
    • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
    • Pinch of sea salt


    1. Place water and corn into a pan. Bring to a boil, reduce flame to medium and cook 5-7 minutes.
    2. Add red pepper, cilantro and a pinch of sea salt, and continue cooking 2-3 minutes.
    3. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
