Fruit Kebabs With Ginger Dip

    Ingredients

    • 2 teaspoons crushed ginger root
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 1 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 8 ounces crushed pineapple
    • Fresh fruit chunks
    • Cheese cubes
    • Wooden skewers

    Directions

    1. Use a mortal and pestle to crush ginger root. Combine with cream cheese, yogurt and honey, stirring until well blended and creamy.
    2. Drain juice from crushed pineapple, and stir the fruit into the creamy mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    3. Assemble kebabs by alternating fresh fruit chunks with cheese cubes on wooden skewers.
    4. Serve with ginger root dip.
