Granola With Sprouted Buckwheat Groats

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup sprouted buckwheat groats
    • 1/2 cup soaked raisins or goji berries (available in natural foods and Asian grocery stores and online)
    • 2 tablespoon agave nectar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice

    Directions
    Set dehydrator at 105 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spread onto dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate for 12 to 16 hours.
