Herbed Turkey Gravy



    • 2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup turkey stock
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh sage, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, minced
    • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon butter


    • Whisk flour into turkey stock. Add fresh herbs, sea salt and pepper.
    • Cook on medium heat until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
