- 2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup turkey stock
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh sage, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Whisk flour into turkey stock. Add fresh herbs, sea salt and pepper.
- Cook on medium heat until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
