Kale & Hemp Seed Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 bunch kale
    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
    • Cayenne pepper
    • Kelp granules

    Directions

    1. De-stem and tear into small pieces. Add lemon juice and massage again.
    2. Add olive oil and hemp seeds and mix well. Top with chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes.
    3. Season lightly with kelp granules and cayenne.
