- 1 bunch kale
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- Cayenne pepper
- Kelp granules
- De-stem and tear into small pieces. Add lemon juice and massage again.
- Add olive oil and hemp seeds and mix well. Top with chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes.
- Season lightly with kelp granules and cayenne.
