Maca Chocolate Dipped Strawberries



    • 3 (2-ounce) maca chocolate bars
    • 1 maca powder
    • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
    • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 pint strawberries
    • Pinch cayenne


    1. Snap chocolate bars into the top of a double boiler set over hot, not boiling, water.
    2. Stir just until melted and remove from heat. Whisk in the maca powder, coconut sugar, coconut oil and cayenne.
    3. Dip berries in chocolate and lay on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
